I have been wearing hipsters for years now and still love them! But at times, I need them to cover just a little more of my tummy – so I decided to try the modern brief. I love how they hit just below the waist line! And they are very comfortable! The only complaint I have is the heavy seam that runs across the back of the crotch. I am very aware that it’s there all the time when I’m wearing pants! I just sleep in them because I don’t notice it as much when I’m in my nightgown. Wish it was a little flatter or something!

I am a die hard fan of the 17042’s (Full cut nylon brief) but then these 176’s came along. I still love and wear the 170’s for lounging and sleep but these modern briefs fit me perfect! I have a very physical, active job and the last thing I need is to have to stop to rearrange my panties because they are going places or sliding down. Besides the perfect fit, they feel better than wearing nothing. I love the way the material, elastics and seams touch my skin. I’ve tried every nylon panty Shadowline makes in my sizes (6&7) and love them all but these are my absolute favorite.

Seamless briefs are my favorite, yet Modern Brief is a super option for jeans and slacks. Very comfortable. More color would be nice.
