This short-sleeved nightgown from the Shadowline® Twilight collection has been thoughtfully designed to bring you the best of both worlds: elegant style, and blissful comfort. Made from our exclusive Opacitrique® fabric, you’ll love it if you want a nylon that’s more opaque than usual, with a lovely drape, substantial feel, and wonderful softness against the skin. The classic nightgown shape has been cut for a relaxed and floaty fit, and its waltz-length hem is a little longer than standard for a touch more coverage. It has short sleeves and a V-neck front, which is trimmed with beautiful stretch lace and adorned with a satin bow.

I bought my first nightgown at the factory outlet in Pennsylvania in the 1980s. It still looks great. I have added to my collection of gowns and robes. All lovely colours and trims. Finally gave Shadowline and Velrose day wear a try. I adore the adjust a hem stlyes. I keep all three layers of lace. You just don’t find such dainty touches these days.
Well, I’ve come full circle. I now wear these short nightgowns as slips. the wider shoulders are more comfortable. The increased coverage gives me added warmth in the winter.
