This camisole is very roomy. The shoulder pads are an adequate size to make a difference when it is under a garment. I am ordering another one.

Should have ordered a S. I have narrow shoulders, size 8 top, 10 bottom, classic pear shape here, so went with M. If your shoulders are narrow, size down. I love it anyway and will wear it.
